Rajshree has been appointed as CEO of Alliance Financial Services where she serves as Director and Independent Director on a number of companies operating in various fields including Investment Banking, Life Insurance, Fintech, Payment Intermediaries, IT and Telecommunications, Mining, amongst others. Rajshree takes an active part of the business development of Alliance for the African, Middle East and Asian markets. She also oversees the operations and strategies of foreign offices of Alliance located in Dubai, London, Cape Town and Shanghai.

Before joining Alliance Financial Services, Rajshree worked as Manager Finance (Investment) at the Sugar Insurance Fund Board (a parastatal body operating under the aegis of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture) from years 2009 to 2021. She was responsible of the finance team and managed an investment portfolio consisting of various asset classes including quoted and unquoted investments, bonds, foreign funds, foreign / local sovereign instruments, loans mangement, amongst others. Rajshree started her career in banking sector. 

Rajshree is highly qualified and currently holds a BSc (Hons) in Banking and International Finance from the University of Technology Mauritius and a Masters in Finance & Investment from the Nottingham University Business School (NUBS) of The University of Nottingham. Rajshree has published several research papers over the years on economic and finance related topics and has a research affiliation with the Nottingham University Business School (NUBS) of The University of Nottingham.

Mr. Vikesh Jeeawock

Finance Manager



Vikesh has been working with Alliance Financial Services Ltd since 2011 with a proven track record of managing several types of financial reports and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements. He currently holds an Advance Diploma in Accounting and Business and is soon completing his ACCA. At Alliance Financial Services Ltd, he had the opportunity to strengthen his knowledge and experience in various financial fields including significant experience working at Alliance Luxembourg office where he was part of the audit team handling a portfolio of European listed clients and UCITS Funds. Over and his role of Finance Manager, Vikesh takes an active part in the tax planning of our clients working alongside specialised tax advisers to ensure tax compliance at both the individual and corporate levels. Vikesh regularly visits our clients operations in various countries in Europe and Middle East regions and also contributes to the business development of the Alliance for the Africa, Europe and Middle East regions.

Mrs. Rouna Bora-Ramiah

Operations Manager



Rouna has been working with Alliance Financial Services Ltd since 2013 where she held various positions, namely in administration and secretarial services and was until recently a Team Leader in the Global Business department. Having a robust experience in the financial services industry, Rouna has been actively involved in the set-up and administration of multiple structures, including Global Business Companies, Specialised Licenced Companies in the field of fintech, payment services, investment dealers amongst others; as well as Trusts and other wealth management products. In her role of Senior Corporate Administrator, she was initially entrusted with a diverse portfolio of clients, including leading corporations, large family businesses and high net worth individuals where she ensured that the clients had a one-stop-shop experience. The occupational and residency permit cluster also falls under her purview. Rouna provides a significant contribution to the design and implementation of Compliance framework across Alliance entities. Rouna holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from the Leeds Beckett University (UK) University and is currently pursuing an MBA.

Mr. Bishen Kumar Jacmohone

Director / Chairman

Bishen has several years of working experience as a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA). Having worked for many high profile firms in London and Luxembourg, Bishen has a solid background of the financial services sector. Bishen is the Managing Partner of L’Alliance Revision in Luxembourg, an accounting and auditing firm licensed and regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) of Luxembourg. Bishen takes an active part of the business development of Alliance for the European Market. 

Mr. Pritam Singh Mattan

Independent Director

Pritam Singh Mattan holds a Master in Business Administration and a BSc (Hons) Degree in Management from the University of Mauritius where he has topped the faculty of Law & Management and received several university awards and bursaries. Mr Mattan has over 20 years work experience in management, corporate matters, finance, administration and projects. He is presently working as Manager Corporate of the Human Resource Development Council of Mauritius. During his career, he has worked in management positions in enterprises and organizations involved in textile manufacturing & exports, local government administration, tourism and civil aviation, sugar insurance, fund management and corporate governance. He has also occupied high managerial positions in the Rodrigues Regional Assembly as Departmental Head and Island Chief Executive of Rodrigues Island. He is also a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors.
