Rajshree has been appointed as CEO of Alliance Financial Services where she serves as Director and Independent Director on a number of companies operating in various fields including Investment Banking, Life Insurance, Fintech, Payment Intermediaries, IT and Telecommunications, Mining, amongst others. Rajshree takes an active part of the business development of Alliance for the African, Middle East and Asian markets. She also oversees the operations and strategies of foreign offices of Alliance located in Dubai, London, Cape Town and Shanghai.

Before joining Alliance Financial Services, Rajshree worked as Manager Finance (Investment) at the Sugar Insurance Fund Board (a parastatal body operating under the aegis of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture) from years 2009 to 2021. She was responsible of the finance team and managed an investment portfolio consisting of various asset classes including quoted and unquoted investments, bonds, foreign funds, foreign / local sovereign instruments, loans mangement, amongst others. Rajshree started her career in banking sector. 

Rajshree is highly qualified and currently holds a BSc (Hons) in Banking and International Finance from the University of Technology Mauritius and a Masters in Finance & Investment from the Nottingham University Business School (NUBS) of The University of Nottingham. As part of her continuous professional education, Rajshree has also completed a Doctorate in Finance and Investment. Rajshree has published several research papers over the years on economic and finance related topics and has a research affiliation with the Nottingham University Business School (NUBS) of The University of Nottingham.

Mr. Bhinda Gilesh

Finance Manager



Gilesh began his career as a Junior Client Accountant nearly a decade ago, quickly establishing himself within the audit, accounting and financial sphere. Over the past years, he has worked mainly for reputable accounting and audit firms; climbing the latter from Junior Client Accountant to Senior Accountant, and ultimately to managerial positions. In 2024, Gilesh joined Alliance Financial Services as Finance Manager, where he leverages his extensive experience in client accounting to drive financial excellence. Gilesh is also a fully qualified accountant and is responsible of managing a team of accounting and finance staffs. With a strong commitment to operational efficiency and financial integrity, Gilesh plays a crucial role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring that all our clients are fully compliant in terms of regulatory and reporting requirements.

 

Mrs. Savindra Sola Veeramundan

Corporate Manager



Savindra Sola Veeramundan joined Alliance Financial Services Ltd in 2016 and currently holds the position of Corporate Manager. In this role, she leads a team of company secretaries and administrators, overseeing the delivery of corporate and fiduciary services to a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients, Global Business companies and Trusts. With extensive experience in the administration of complex trust and company structures, including those involved in specialised activities such as payment services, Savindra brings a strong understanding of client needs and regulatory requirements. Her hands-on approach and leadership ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency within the corporate administration team. Savindra holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Mauritius.

 

Mr. Pritam Singh Mattan

Independent Director

Pritam Singh Mattan holds a Master in Business Administration and a BSc (Hons) Degree in Management from the University of Mauritius where he has topped the faculty of Law & Management and received several university awards and bursaries. Mr Mattan has over 20 years work experience in management, corporate matters, finance, administration and projects. He is presently working as Manager Corporate of the Human Resource Development Council of Mauritius. During his career, he has worked in management positions in enterprises and organizations involved in textile manufacturing & exports, local government administration, tourism and civil aviation, sugar insurance, fund management and corporate governance. He has also occupied high managerial positions in the Rodrigues Regional Assembly as Departmental Head and Island Chief Executive of Rodrigues Island. He is also a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors.
